  1. Prepare the Vegetables and Tofu Filling

    • Add the tofu and sauté for 5 minutes.
    • Add the oyster sauce, liquid seasoning, and chicken powder to the pan.
    • Season the mixture with pepper.
    • Remove the pan from the heat and add the vegetables.
    • Transfer the mixture to a rice cooker and pour in the water.
    • Allow the mixture to steam for 15 minutes until cooked.
  2. Create the Crushed Crispy Noodles

    20 minutes
    • Mix all ingredients together to create the crushed crispy noodles.
  3. Create the Peanut Sugar

    20 minutes
    • Mix all ingredients together to create the crushed crispy noodles.
  4. Prepare the Lumpia Sauce

    20 minutes
    • In a pot, bring all ingredients to a boil.
    • Thicken the sauce with a cornstarch slurry.
  5. Assemble the Chinese-Style Fresh Lumpia

    20 minutes
    • Lay 2 pieces of lumpia wrapper and line with lettuce and cilantro.
    • Fill the wrappers with the steamed vegetables.
    • Sprinkle fresh garlic, crispy noodles, and peanut sugar over the vegetables.
    • Roll the lumpia wrappers tightly.
    • Serve the Lumpia warm with the sauce on the side.
