Preparation

  1. Prepare the Ultimate Fishball Sauce

    30 minutes
    • In a pot, mix the water, sugar, soy sauce, and Knorr Beef broth. Ensure that all ingredients are well combined.
    • Bring the mixture to a boil and add the Knorr Liquid Seasoning and additional Knorr Beef Broth Base. Stir the mixture well to ensure the ingredients are evenly distributed.
    • Let the mixture simmer for 15 minutes, then thicken the sauce with cornstarch.
    • Serve the sauce with fried fish balls. Make sure the fish balls are well cooked and crispy.
    • Pour the sauce over the fried fish balls and top with fresh onions, chili, and spring onions.
