Marinade the shrimp

  • Salt
  • Ground pepper
  • Shrimps, size 30 1000.0 g
  • Knorr Shrimp Powder 15.0 g
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil 200.0 ml

Prepare the sauce

  • Garlic, minced 50.0 g
  • Onions, brunoise 200.0 g
  • Chili flakes, dried 1.0 g
  • Tomato Passata 800.0 ml
  • Knorr Chicken Broth Base 20.0 g
  • Hellmann's Smoked Chili 200.0 g
  • Parsley, chopped 20.0 g
  • Hellmann's Smoked Chilli Dressing 730ml

Prepare an Italian classic with Penne "Arrabiata" Pasta, as spicy sauce of smoked chili tomato, pairing it with roasted shrimps.

Preparation

  1. Marinade the shrimp

    10 minutes
    1. Heat a frying pan and add the Extra-virgin olive oil
    2. Season the Shrimps with Salt, Pepper, and Knorr Shrimp Powder
    3. Sear the Shrimps on both sides for 30 seconds and set aside
  2. Prepare the sauce

    20 minutes
    1. In the same pan add the Onions and saute for 2 minutes, until transparent
    2. add the Garlic and cook for 2 minutes, add the Chili flakes
    3. Pour in the Tomato passata, Chicken broth and a little pasta water
    4. Add the Smoked Chili and simmer for 2 minutes.
    5. Add the cooked pasta and cook for 1 minute.
    6. Toss in the Shrimps and add the Parsley
