Cook the Corn

Make the Corn Cheese Topping

  • Cheddar Cheese 80.0 g

Preparation

  1. Cook the Corn

    • Combine corn kernels, mayonnaise, sugar, salt, pepper, and Knorr Aromat All Purpose Seasoning Powder in a bowl. Mix well.
    • Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter. Add corn mixture and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 to 7 minutes, or until heated through and slightly caramelized.
    If using fresh corn, boil the cobs for 15 minutes and slice off the kernels. For canned corn, drain it thoroughly before use.
  2. Make the Corn Cheese Topping

    • Sprinkle cheese evenly over the corn mixture.
    • Reduce heat, cover pan, and let the cheese melt for 2 to 3 minutes. Alternatively, transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and broil in the oven until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
    • Garnish with spring onions. Serve corn cheese immediately.
