  • Catfish, crispy, fried and picked 80.0 g
  • Pomelo, fresh 60.0 g
  • Mango - green, cut into thin strips 60.0 g
  • Nuts 45.0 g
  • Onion, sauteed 45.0 g
  • Fresh Mint 2.0 g
  • Lime or Lemon, fresh 4.0 pc
  • Red Onions , cut into thin strips 30.0 g

Brighten up meal time with this refreshing Thai salad. Bursting with fresh juicy pomelo and green mangoes, the salad is tossed in a sweet, sour, spicy, umami dressing that defines the classic Thai flavor. Add fried catfish for added crunch and flavor.

Preparation

  1. Salad Dressing

    10 minutes
    1. Combine all the ingredients for the dressing.
    2. Mix well and set aside.   
  2. Assembly

    10 minutes
    1. Lightly toss the salad greens into the dressing.
    2. Assemble the salad by layering each component.
    3. Then top with the crispy catfish and garnish with the mint, red onions and lime wedges.
    4. Drizzle in some extra dressing.
    5. Serve and enjoy.
