  • Iodized Salt 22.0 g
  • Pizza Flour 1000.0 g
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil 50.0 ml

Preparation

  1. Pizza Dough

    160 minutes
    1. Mix the water, yeast and set aside for 10 minutes until bubbly.
    2. Add the pizza flour and incorporate, then add the salt.
    3. Knead until a gluten window is formed, around 15 to 20 minutes.
    4. Form into a ball and rub olive oil, cover and leave to ferment for 1 hour.
    5. Punch down and portion the dough into six balls, roll into a boule and let it proof for 1 hour.
  2. Pizza Sauce

    10 minutes
    1. Prepare the sauce by mixing all ingredients of the sauce together and bring to a boil.
    2. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
  3. Bake

    30 minutes
    1. Prepare the pizza dough by hand stretching it and forming a circle.
    2. Layer the toppings on top of each other.
    3. Bake in a 450F oven until crisp and golden.
    4. Slice and enjoy.
