Onboarding New Staff
250 free 2-minute videos covering all kitchen basics, from hygiene to knife skills to techniques and classic dishes, created in collaboration with the International Centre for Culinary Arts - ICCA Dubai. The full program takes 14 hours. Spend 1 hour every day for 2 weeks, starting from level 1.
