  • Butter, soft room temp 300.0 g
  • Hellmann's Smoked Chilli Dressing 730ml 250.0 ml
  • Cilantro, picked leaves only 30.0 g
  • Fresh White Cheese, grated 250.0 g

Preparation

  1. Corn Preparation

    40 minutes
    1. In a large stockpot, bring the water and salt to a boil.
    2. Add the corn with the husk still intact. Boil for 30 minutes.
    3. Cool down and remove from the husk.
  2. Cheese Spread and Lime Salt Preparation

    10 minutes
    1. To make the cheese spread, mix the cream cheese, Lady's Choice Real Mayonnaise, and Knorr Aromat Seasoning powder together. Set aside for assembly later.
    2. To make the lime salt, mix the Knorr Lime Powder and sea salt, and set aside.
  3. Dish Assembly

    20 minutes
    1. Brush the corn with butter and sprinkle paprika all over.
    2. Drizzle Hellmann's Smoked Chilli Dressing.
    3. Grill or oven-roast the corn for 15 minutes, or until charred in some spots.
    4. Spread the cheese mixture onto the corn and season with lime salt.
    5. Sprinkle fresh cilantro and grated white cheese, and serve.
