Preparation

  1. Cheese Sauce

    15 minutes
    1. Combine the flour, butter and Knorr Chicken Cube in a sauce pot.
    2. Place pot over low to medium flame and whisk for 1 minute.
    3. Stir in the milk. As it comes to temperature, the sauce will thicken.
    4. Stir in the cheese and cook until fully melted.
    5. Season the sauce with the Knorr Liquid Seasoning, sugar, and pepper.
  2. Sinangag

    10 minutes
    1. Heat the oil and sauté the minced garlic.
    2. Stir in the rice and season with Knorr Chicken Powder.
    3. Stir fried rice until fully cooked.
  3. Assembly

    5 minutes
    1. Serve the sinangag and your cheese sauce with your preferred smoked bacon slab, any style of egg, and side vegetables.
    2. Garnish with fried garlic bits and spring onions.
